All our UPS packages are shipped Carbon Neutral. UPS Carbon Neutral insures that carbon emissions produced by the transportation of your package are offset by certified organizations engaging in reforestation, wastewater treatment, methane destruction and other sustainable initiatives. Our boxes are also packed with biodegradable, compostable packaging chips made of corn starch, they dissolve in your sink!

Can I pick up my order?
Not yet, we'd love to have a retail location but for now everything ships from our workshop in sunny Los Angeles. -
When will my order ship?
You are ordering factory direct from the manufacturers so please allow 7-10 days between placing your order and needing your dye. We ship 95% of our orders within 24 hours, but depending on stock it could take up to 72 hours for your order to ship out. -
Can I change my shipping selection?
You may be able to change your shipping selection if we receive your message prior to creating a shipping label. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change anything about your order. - My package is lost, what do I do?
