Shipping

• Can I pick up my order?
  Not yet, we'd love to have a retail location but for now everything ships from our workshop in sunny Los Angeles.

• When will my order ship?
  We ship 95% of our orders within 1 business day, but depending on stock it could take up to 5 business days for your order to ship out.

• Can I change my shipping selection?
  You may be able to change your shipping selection if we receive your message prior to creating a shipping label. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change anything about your order.

• My package is lost, what do I do?
  Please contact us and we'll help you track it down!
